I spent ten years recording several albums, touring, and performing with bands such as The Roots (Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show Band), Jason Aldean, and Robert Randolph. I am now settled down in my hometown of Alexandria, VA, and am focusing on my family, my passion for teaching drum and music lessons, as well as music production.
My wife, young daughters, and I live in the Clermont Neighborhood just a few miles from Washington, DC, in Alexandria, VA. Our location is central for many in the DC area, and we are happy to be so conveniently located. I teach drummers and musicians of all ages and skill levels, including children, teens, and adults. All are welcome.
I love teaching music, and I love to see people experience the power of creating something enjoyable through a beat. I love to make music, and it has always been a source of joy and comfort throughout my life. My wife and daughters are inside all of my art. They are a constant source of inspiration for me, and I hope that I might be a source of inspiration for you or your child.
